An airport transfer is a trip from home, business or hotel to the airport. We offer a fixed-price transfer to the airport or back home. Do you need to add an extra pick-up or drop-off? We track all flights as long as you provide accurate flight details. If you find out that your flight is running late or early, please contact our office at the earliest opportunity to advise us.

Our driver will meet you at the airport with a sign with your name on it. They will then help you with your luggage and meet and includes free wait time: up to 45 minutes for domestic arrivals & up to 60 minutes for International Arrivals.

A point-A to point-B transfer is a trip from a pickup point address to the destination. We offer a fixed price for point-to-point trips. We charge transfers by calculating distance and time. Transfers Trip does not include extra stops, but you can add stops by paying a $25 fee. The driver uses a direct and faster route without any time length. These are best for game nights, concerts, dinner outings and airport transportation.

The hourly cost is calculated based on the number of hours you need. We require a minimum of 2 consecutive hours of booking to get hourly rates. These prices are only for local trips in Metro Vancouver and Fraser Valley. Long-distance trips require custom transfer trips or packages.

A split trip is an option we offer to graduates, wedding and wine tours. When you book a trip, at least for 4 hours or more, we allow you to split the time. You can use part of the time for the afternoon ceremony and then use the remaining time at night for the return home, hotel or airport.

Point-to-point transfers: If you need extra pickups to drop off? that needs to be added at the time of the booking. Adding additional picks up or drops offs on the spot is allowed if it does not conflict with other bookings. We charge a $25 base rate for making an extra stop within the same city and on route 2 km “no waiting” If additional pickups or drop-offs are more than 2 km out of the way, then the amount is charged based on the time to get to that place and back on route. Please call our office beforehand to calculate the cost. You will be liable to pay the amount once the driver makes that stop, and we track it on the GPS.

Hourly and packages: Yes, you can make as many stops as you want within that time frame. There is no limit on waiting time as you are already paying for the time as hourly.

Our concerts and sports game packages include a 40-minute grace period. After that, we will charge extra by 30 minutes increments of that vehicle's current hourly rate. This time is allowed if concerts run late or sports games go into overtime. If the customer does not show up within 15 minutes after the concert or game is over, then we start charging waiting time.

We understand that you may need to change your pickup time. We accept changes with a minimum of 24 hours notice by either fax or email. Request a pickup time that is 2 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate, no guarantee.

We provide airport limousine and car services to and from YVR and Abbotsford and take people to Whistler, Seattle Downtown or SeaTac.

Yes, you can book any specific vehicle from our fleet but it depends on the date and time. Also, we require minimum 4 hours minimum booking to use this option.

Due to the demand for graduation, wedding, Wine tours or any other hourly packages at peak times and dates, deposits are non-refundable. During busy times in the summer months or Christmas, people make the booking in advance, so we keep that time dedicated to your booking.

From May to October, Friday-Saturday afternoons are the busiest time for graduation, wine tours, sightseeing and weddings in the limo industry. So the minimum is higher to ensure we can provide the timely and best service possible.

Our office dispatch is open Monday through Sunday, 7:30 AM to 11:30 PM, for new booking inquiries. Since we serve clients at all hours of the day, You can press 1 when prompted for ongoing trips for all hours.
