A return journey is a separate movement unless it is included in the confirmed booking. Do not assume that a one-way transfer reserves the same vehicle for later in the evening. Compare hourly service and booking terms before choosing.
Plan the pickup entrance and the final approach
Downtown itineraries often involve a hotel lobby, a busy restaurant frontage or a large venue with more than one door. Agree on a practical meeting point rather than relying only on a map pin. Let the chauffeur know when your party is together and ready to leave.
For guests travelling between Coal Harbour, Yaletown, Gastown or other city neighbourhoods, send the complete route in advance. A stop that looks close on a map may still require additional driving, unloading and regrouping time. The itinerary should leave room for the activity itself, not just the road journey.
A useful multi-stop itinerary
First pickup
Name one lead passenger and one meeting entrance. Include luggage that needs to remain with the group.
Middle stops
List each address in travel order and identify which arrival times are fixed. Explain whether everyone travels together.
Final return
Set the return pickup point and the final destination. Ask how overtime or an added stop would be handled.

Choose a comfortable vehicle
An executive sedan can suit a smaller party travelling light. An SUV provides a different cabin and luggage arrangement, while a Sprinter can suit a group that wants to stay together. A stretch limousine is an event choice, but its advertised seating is not a guarantee that the same number of large suitcases will fit.
Send the number of passengers, checked bags and any oversized items. The fleet overview is a starting point; vehicle availability and the combined passenger-and-luggage load must be confirmed for your date.
